The Fulbright Schuman Program is administered by the Fulbright Commission in Brussels
The program provides grants for European citizens to conduct research in the United States and for American citizens to conduct research in the European Union, and is jointly financed by the U.S. Department of State and the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG.EAC) of the European Commission.
